What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is flexible. For in-stock standard items, trial orders as low as 50 units can be fulfilled. For non-stock or custom-spec products, a minimum production run applies โ typically 200+ units. Just ask.
What are the payment terms?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). Standard terms are 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners, we're open to discussing flexible terms.
Can I visit your factory?
